Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your furniture for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in original condition with all original packaging
• No signs of wear, damage, or modification
• All accessories and documentation must be included
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
• Items must be disassembled and ready for pickup

How to Return an Item

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
• Return shipping is free for all returns within 30 days

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us immediately upon delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
• No return shipping charges for damaged/defective items
